Staying at The Royal at Atlantis offered great amenities and beautiful scenery. The pools and beaches made for a fantastic backdrop to our family vacation. My kids loved the water slides and the extensive marine life around the property. The location is perfect, right next to a private beach area. Staff at the spa provided excellent and friendly service during our treatments. The food choices at the various restaurants were diverse and tasty, especially enjoyed dining by the water. Unfortunately, the check-in process was frustrating. The staff at reception was not very welcoming and lacked basic friendliness, making our arrival stressful. Some areas of the hotel showed signs of age, needing a refresh. Internet service throughout the resort wasn’t reliable, complicating navigation. Overall, the prices for dining and activities add up quickly, making it more expensive than expected.

I truly enjoyed the stunning tropical landscaping and accessible pathways throughout the property, making it easy for seniors like myself to explore all The Royal At Atlantis has to offer without any difficulties.
More seating options in common areas would be nice.

I had an awesome time hanging out with my friends here! We enjoyed the full-service spa and made some great memories by the outdoor pool. The variety of restaurants was a huge plus, allowing us to try something new each night.
However, we did face some frustrating moments with rude staff, especially when we had trouble getting towels. It really put a damper on our day at the beach.

It was just a great match for a weekend trip in Creek Village with incredible value for money. The resort is beautiful and the harbor view was a nice surprise despite not being oceanfront. Make sure to budget for the extra fees, though, as they add up quickly.
